Dear Friends, Collectors and Colleagues

Living in Lancashire I feel very privileged to have the Forest of Bowland on my doorstep. Its an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty featuring birds, wildlife, steep valley corridors and moorland plains.

I work en plein air here quite alot throughout the year and love the fresh cold days, the warm spring misty mornings and the famous thunder storms which pass us by so quickly. Its this ever changing weather that makes it so exciting for a painter.

This collection of work contains recent en plein air studies of the Forest of Bowland and the surrounding areas. I hope that you and your guests can join us on Friday 17th May 7pm – 9pm for the preview evening.
