Making a Booking
It’s easy, just choose your workshop date, then select the payment link and follow the prompted instructions. Payment is for the full amount and your place is not guaranteed until the full payment has been made.
All payments are taken online through iZettle in British Pounds Sterling, no exceptions. All orders are limited to a maximum value of £300, if you require a workshop booking for your own group, please contact us for further details. We do not store any of your credit/debit card information this is all handled through iZettle. You do not need an iZettle account to make your booking, just fill in the information required when prompted and follow the instructions.
Should you cancel your booking with us a refund will be given less 50% of the workshop/course fee. It is regretted that no refund can be made with any cancelation made within 20 days prior to the start of the workshop/course.
Each course/workshop has a minimum number of students required to run each course/workshop. If there is not a viable number of students the course/workshop may be cancelled and payment refunded.

When ordering from us our product(s) are made to order. They are hand wrapped in acid free tissue paper and shipped rolled inside 4mm thick cardboard tubes and securely sealed. We aim to despatch your item(s) within 7 days of ordering.
Please make sure your delivery address details are correct at the time of ordering as we are not responsible for any orders sent to the wrong address.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Shipping and Postage
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier. A signature is required upon delivery for tracking and Insurance purposes. Once a product has been passed to the delivery services we are no longer responsible for the delivery and condition of the item(s).
If You receive a product and it has been damaged by the delivery service please get in contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will advise on receiving compensation from the delivery services.
Once the order has been passed on to the delivery services, we are not responsible for the loss of the product. If You have not received your goods within 14 days of the noted dispatch date, You must notify us via email and we will advise on a course of action. All orders are send recorded and tracked.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges are at the Customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. The Customer is also responsible for postage and shipping costs for orders being shipped outside the the UK.
Overseas items are sent via Royal Mail’s overseas services.
You are entirely responsible for the cost(s) of postage and packaging for any returned item(s).
Size & Materials
We endeavor to make sure all products are measured exactly (Inches and Centimeters) and the images displayed show the best possible representation of colour, but your monitor may be different so there may be a slight colour shift in the actual print(s). So please be aware that the product(s) you receive may differ slightly from the website.
The inconsistencies in production mentioned above will not be a valid reason for return.
Methods of Return
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of the product, with a reason for return that is deemed valid in accordance with the returns guidelines stated.
Once a return is agreed the item(s) must be returned before a refund can be made.
Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring the product is correctly packaged and for using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery (recorded and tracked.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product during transit.
Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 14 days.
Please note that all refunds are refunded minus the cost of shipping and iZettle Fee’s.
At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent overseas at this time. Overseas is anywhere outside the UK.
